桜茶

"桜茶"

桜茶(お茶というか塩漬けの八重桜のことですね)を買ってきて、
塩抜きして、蜂蜜につけていたものに、お湯を注いでほんのり甘い桜茶。
(普通、桜茶は塩抜きだけで入れるので甘くない)
